defining sound therapy

Sound therapy helps the brain to shift brain waves. This is what facilitates the shifting of the normal waking consciousness state (beta) to a meditative state (theta) and or a sleep state where internal healing can take place (delta). Through vocal tones, rhythm and frequency these changes can be made with ease and stimulate healing.

Sound therapy can balance the autonomic nervous system, moving someone from a sympathetic to a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state even after just one session. Sound therapy has been successfully used for issues including anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, stress, pain management, and is now being used to promote peak performance in all individuals.


 

getting started

Begin with a pre-set program, or schedule a frequency test to run a custom program. Sessions are 30-45 minutes and are experienced in a private spa-like room.
